Cheat Options: In the options menu, highlight Done!3/4.  Now, press left, down, left, right, down, right, left, left, right, right.  Now select "Test Modes" for the different cheat modes.

     Test Mode 1 includes the following options:
-No damage to player one
-No damage to player two
-One hit kills player one
-One hit kills player two

     Test Mode 2 includes the following options:
-Backgrounds: select the background that you wish to fight in.            1. Dead Pool
                        2. Kombat Tomb
                        3. Wasteland
                        4. The Tower
                        5. Living Forest
                        6. Armory
                        7. Pit two
                        8. The Portal
                        9. Kahn's Areana
                      10. The Blue Portal
-Free Play: you will never lose any credits.
-Battle Plan: Choose where to start in the tournament.                          0-11. regular characters
                         13. Shang Tsung
                         14. Kintaro
                         15. Shao Kahn
-Soak Test: View several matches of the CPU -vs- CPU.

     Test Mode 3 includes the following options:
-Fatalities: The CPU will do a fatality if it wins.
-Friendships: The CPU will do a friendship if it wins.
-Babalities: The CPU will do a babality if it wins.
-Oooh Nasty!: Changes the "Toasty" Head and used for "Raiden Fergality" (see Raiden Fergality)
-Raiden's Fergality: Select this code, set the background to "6", and select "Oooh Nasty!" mode.  then select Raiden for your fighter at the character select screen.  Now for your finishing move press back three times then block.

     Fight Hidden Character: To fight Jade the hidden character, do the following.  When you get to the match that is before the question mark on the battle position screen, win the first round without with out using the punch or block buttons.  You may use the "No damage to player one" code if you wish.  When the round is over repeatedly press start.

     Fight Hidden Character: To fight Human Smoke the hidden character, do the following.  When you are at the portal stage and the "Toasty" head pops up in the corner, press down + start.  note: you'll have to be fast to be able to do this.  Also, to get the "Toasty" head, use uppercuts.

     Fight Hidden Character: To fight Noob Saibot win 25 times in a row.

Liu Kang

High Fireball: Forward, forward, HP (in air)
Low Fireball: Forward, forward, LP
Flying Kick: Forward, forward, HK
Bicycle Kick: Hold in LK for 3 seconds then release

Kung Lao

Teleport: Down, up
Hat Throw: Back, forward + LP
Bullet Kick: Down + HK (in air)
Tornado Spin: Up, up + LK

Johny Cage

Low Green Flame: Back, down, forward + LP
High Green Flame: Back, down, back + HP
Shadow Kick: Back, forward + LK
Shadow Uppercut: Back, down, back + HP
Nut Cruncher: Block + LP

Reptile

Acid Spit: Forward, forward, HP
Force Ball: Back, back, HP + LP
Invisibility: Hold in Block while pressing Up, up, down, HP(to be visible again, do this same formula)

SHANG TSUNGS' SPECIAL "MORPH FATALITY": This must be done with a 6 button controller.  This makes Shang Tsung morph into Kintaro and uppercut the top half of the body off.  How to do the fatality: on the last round hold in LP for 30 seconds or more.  Now, finish the opponet then get a sweep away from your enemy and release LP.  Note: Don't release LP until you see Shang Tsung morph.

Kitana

Fan Hit: Back + HP
Fan Throw: Forward, forward, HP + LP
Fan Lift: Back, back, back + HP
Flying Punch: Forward, down, back + HP

Jax

Earth Quake: Hold in LK for 3 seconds then release
"Gotchya" Grab: Forward, forward + LP (for aditional punches repeatedly press LP after pressing it the first time
Sonic Wave: Forward, diagonally forward and down, down, diagonally back and down, back, HK
Back Breaker: Block (close in air)

Mileena

Teleporting Kick: Forward, forward + LK
Roll Attack: Back, back, down + HK
Lazers: Hold in HP for 2 seconds then release

Baraka

Blade Slice: Back + HP

Scorpion

Spear: Back, back + LP
